How does the AI order entry work?
Forward an order email — with or without a PDF attachment — to your Orin inbox. The AI reads it and creates a draft shipment with pickup, delivery, dates, goods, references and price filled in, each with a confidence score and a link back to the source. You check it and confirm. It learns from your corrections, and your data is never shared with other customers.
Do you support e-invoicing?
Yes — today. Orin generates EN16931-compliant electronic invoices in UBL/Peppol BIS 3.0 and the national formats (French Chorus Pro / Factur-X, Spanish VeriFactu, German XRechnung, Italian FatturaPA, Portuguese ATCUD), straight from your completed trips.
What does the driver get?
A web app that works on any smartphone — nothing to install, no app store needed — plus a native iOS app for drivers who prefer one. The driver sees their trips, navigates the stops and captures proof of delivery: photos and a signature, with time and location. It works offline and syncs automatically. Login is a phone number and a PIN.
How long does it take to get started?
Days, not months. You can start a free trial yourself, and onboarding for your first department is free — you prepare for short meetings, we configure between them.
Does it work for subcontractors and multimodal?
Yes. Dispatch to your own fleet or to subcontractors with pricing, split a shipment across road, sea, rail, air and barge, and give partners their own login or a share link. Their pricing and customers stay invisible to you.
