Sub-processors

Orin Technologies BV ("Orin") uses the sub-processors below to provide the Service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may use the data only to provide that service to us. Location is where the provider processes the data, not where the company is registered.

* Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, incorporated into that provider's processing agreement, and on the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where it holds one. Rows marked EU need no transfer mechanism: the data stays inside the EEA.
Optional marks a provider that is only involved when a customer account uses the feature it serves. Website marks one that is involved on orin.software rather than in the platform: it never touches customer data, only the people reading these pages.
We notify customers at least 30 days before adding new sub-processors. To subscribe to sub-processor change notifications, contact legal@orin.software.
